Respect for Intellectual Property
MovieHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.
How We Operate
MovieHub is a movie and TV show discovery and information platform. We aggregate publicly available metadata (titles, descriptions, ratings, posters) from third-party sources such as TMDB (The Movie Database) to help users discover content.
We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. Any streaming links that appear on this platform are sourced from third-party providers and are displayed as embedded content. We have no control over the content hosted by these third-party services.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) where the material appears on our site.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Response Time
We take copyright infringement seriously. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours.
- Notify the content provider, if applicable.
- Permanently block repeated offending sources.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same information as above, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access for users or third-party sources that are deemed to be repeat infringers.
